Even though the "clearness" of the water makes this feel like the perfect diving spot, it still seems a bit too clear, almost like in an aquarium. I think the water needs to fade into a blue haze sooner than it does, maybe enough to make anything beyond that last pillar out there difficult to see. A faint blue/green tint to the light colour would help make it feel underwater too. It's a great render but it looks like I see for miles out to the horizon, which would be impossible even in very clean water
Oh, Vue has some OK fish models too - they're not great, but perhaps loading one and making a school of small ones in the foreground will help add some scale and depth to the scene too
